At Skore Condoms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached, and include the packing slip to help us identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
